      The Francis Howell School District is the second largest school district in St. Charles County. It is a great place to live, work and go to school.       The District offers a generous and comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees and their eligible dependents.       The School Psychologist will support district efforts to identify and address student needs through formal evaluation and interpretation of a variety of assessments/data.

      Minimum Qualifications
    • Minimum of Specialists Degree
    • Appropriate Missouri Certification – School Psychologist
    • Knowledge of established guidelines and procedures for administering evaluation assessments
    • Knowledge of appropriate assessment methods and instruments to use with students of varying abilities
    • Knowledge of multi-tier system of support (MTSS) and RTI for identification of students with specific learning disabilities
    • Knowledge of state standards, state and federal regulations and laws
    • Knowledge of the subject matter content and assessment strategies
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Curriculum, instruction and strategy best practices knowledge
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Proven problem-solving abilities for collaboration with families and building/district teams
