School psychology interns assist supervisors with all duties under direct training and supervision as they develop their skills in consultation and data-based decision-making and emerging expertise in mental health, behavior, and learning. Supervision is provided by specialist-level school psychologists and is tailored to individual needs and program requirements.
Interns will be offered a salary of $44,200 as well as full medical and dental benefits for the 9-month internship. Potential applicants can learn more about our district at www.cpsk12.org.
Applicants must be working toward a terminal degree in school psychology and are required to seek a Temporary Authorization Certificate as a school psychologist in Missouri (for more information on certification see the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education at www.dese.mo.gov).
